One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest part III

Something that stuck out to me about part three was when McMurphy tests the patients by refusing to help them once they are out to sea. Like the bible tells us Jesus took his twelve disciples to the sea and left them. When the storms came they seen that they accucally needed Jesus so they he came and saved them. But just like the Jesus story they begain to see themselves as men. They proved that they can believe in themselves and the power of eachother.
