One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest Part One
In the first few pages of the book we meet Chief Bromden and he quickly is identified as the narrator of the story. We learned that his is a patient in the ward. We think that he is easly perswaded by the others in the ward. Because he acts so shy and timad noone thinks his is of very importance. There are many symbols in the story . One important symble is fog. The fog has the ability to symbolizes that Chieft Bromden has a lack of reality. Because at time ignorace can seem like bliss, Chief Bromden doesnt mind the fog. he can escape from the problems. McMurphy becomes a strong and impowered character in the book. He wants Chief Bromden and all the residence of the ward to go out into the fog.
